Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vheyebs Novelty Shop.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Vheyebs Novelty Shop's Shipping Policy & Processing Time:

Standard shipping orders are processed within 1-5 business days and shipped within 5-7 business days upon receipt of payment. *Please see candle note below for orders including candles.

 

Local delivery orders are processed and delivered within 1-5 business days. *Please see candle note below for orders including candles. Orders are delivered Monday - Friday between 10am - 4pm, and between 9am - 2pm on Saturdays. No deliveries on Sundays, no exceptions. Scheduled delivery options are available upon request via email to tisha@vheyebsnoveltyshop.com (Subject line: Schedule Delivery). Local delivery orders are case by case bases and are subject to rejection at the owner's discretion. In the event your local delivery order was rejected you will receive an email and a refund for that fee and offered standard shipping options. If no response from customer the order will be shipped to the address. By not responding to offer, you are here by authorizing Vheyebs, LLC. to charge your account a one time shipping fee, which must be paid in full before receiving merchandise.

Orders are not processed on Sundays and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

*Candle note: Candles are shipped Mon - Friday only. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing & handling. This must be considered when placing orders that include candles.

Please allow additional days in transit for shipment. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping & delivery rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items during shipping.

We ask that you contact your local postal service if your order is damaged, lost, or stolen.
